Sean Mcdermott Comes for Stefon Diggs as They Look onto 2021!

Stefon Diggs first season as a Buffalo Bill has exceeded all expectations. Diggs was acquired through a trade with the Minnesota Vikings. In his first season as a Buffalo Bill, Diggs led the league in receptions with 127 and receiving yards with 1,535.

Stefon Diggs play stayed with him as the Bills rolled through the playoffs where Diggs led the league again in receptions with 14 and receiving yards with 234 through the first two games of the playoffs.

During Buffalo’s game against Kansas City, Diggs was held to only 6 receptions for 77 yards. As the clock wound down to zero Diggs soon realized that their dream of reaching the Super Bowl was out of reach and Buffalo’s season was over.

At the end of the game, Stefon Diggs embraced quarterback Josh Allen and after all of the Bills players headed to the locker room, Diggs was the last Bill’s player on the field and watched as Kansas City celebrated their win. Coach Sean Mcdermott came out to get Diggs and while Diggs didn’t speak to the media, Mcdermott did and his comment on Diggs was that he was frustrated with the lose just like the rest of his teammates and his reasoning for staying on the field was to get motivation and for the 2021 season.
